Not your average seal coat!
Our asphalt coating is a liquid polymer asphalt restoration system. Designed to help rejuvenate the appearance of aging asphalt while improving surface protection. This polymer-based system has added marble aggregates to provide durability, as well as a black attractive finish for residential driveways and other asphalt surfaces.

We use an epoxy gel to create a smooth surface again.
Note: This is not applicable if the crack is over 1/4" wide. Epoxy is not recommended for actively moving cracks or structural issues, unless movement is addressed first.
To be considered a separate service, not a full epoxy service.
We will come in and assess the current state of your floor, and price accordingly.
Note: The crack fill will be a different color than your original concrete.

This service includes our basic crack repair, with a full surface grind to ensure an even floor consistency.
We then cover the surface with a non-slip clear coat for added protection.
